Ark Labs is developing a scalable Layer 2 protocol for Bitcoin, called Ark, aimed at enabling fast, low-cost, and private transactions. The platform simplifies Bitcoin payments by taking transactions off-chain, reducing fees, and allowing users to receive payments even when offline.
